What if my POS system isn't Toast or Square?

We support most major POS systems (Square, Toast, Clover, Lightspeed, Micros). If your system isn't integrated, we can build a custom integration (usually adds $3-5K to setup). Let's talk specifics on your strategy call.

Can I customize Wells after deployment?

Yes. You own the code. You can modify, extend, or replace any part. If you want our help customizing, we do that as part of support.

What if I want to stop using Wells?

You own it. The code is yours. You can keep running it yourself, hire someone else to maintain it, or turn it off. No penalty. The infrastructure is your property.

What happens to my data if Wells shuts down?

Wells doesn't have your data. Your data lives in your systems (Toast, QuickBooks, etc.). Wells queries those systems. If Wells disappears, your data is unaffected.

Can I run Wells across multiple locations?

Yes. Multi-location setup starts at $18K. You get consolidated reporting (see all locations at once) plus per-location detail and customization.

What if my financials are a mess?

We audit your workflows on the strategy call. We'll map out the fix (usually involves cleaning up your QuickBooks setup). We include that cleanup in the initial setup.

How long does setup take?

Typical deployment is 48 hours from contract to live. Your team participates in 2-3 calls to map business logic. After live, Week 1 is refinement, Week 2 is optimization.

Will this really save me money?
